How many days will you stay in Baunei?
Here are a few suggestion for an active holiday in Sardinia
1 day stay
Visit Golgo, a few km distant from Baunei but unchanged in centuries. There is a small XV century rural church, a deep chasm called “Su Sterru” and several sites from the Nuraghic period such as Tombe dei Giganti (Giants tombs), sacred wells and nuraghi.
2 days stay
1st day:
visit Golgo and, if you like walking, visit Cala Goloritzè, a natural monument, the most renowned beach of the area which can be reached only by walking.
2nd day:
Visit “La Grotta del Fico” where the monk seal lived up to the 1980s. “The Grotta del Fico” is reached by boat starting from Santa Maria Navarrese.
3 day stay
1st day:
visit to Golgo and Cala Goloritzè;
2nd day:
a hike and a four wheel drive excursion. The Goloritzè co-op will connect you not only with nature but also with man, his history and his work.
3rd day:
a trip by Quad bike. Our guides will take you on a discovery trip to the most evocative locations from the Golgo plateau to the Eltili valley, to the wonderful beaches of Cala Luna, Cala Sisine and Cala Goloritzè
